silvanodio.com, silvanodio.music, and Silvano Dio are registered marks. All original works (music, audio masters, mixes, compositions, artwork, photographs, videos, texts, logos, and site design) are protected by copyright and related rights.

1) Scope & Who This Applies To

This policy applies to any person or entity who accesses, links to, references, downloads, streams, copies, redistributes, remixes, or otherwise uses content or brand assets associated with Silvano Dio and the domains silvanodio.com and silvanodio.music.

2) Copyright (No Reproduction Without Permission)

All content on this website and associated channels is protected by copyright and neighbouring rights. Unless you have a written license from us, you may not:

Reproduce, redistribute, upload, mirror, or publicly display our audio tracks, stems, masters, DJ mixes, visuals, photos, logos, or texts.
Sample, remix, or create derivative works from our music or visuals.
Train AI models on our music, voice, artwork, or texts, or use them in datasets for machine learning.

Permitted without prior written permission (non-commercial fair use only):

Use Silvano Dio (or misspellings/variants) in your product names, artist names, labels, websites, social handles, ads, domain names, or app names.
Imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.
Modify or create look-alike logos, typography, or “sound-alike” brand identities.
Register or use confusingly similar domains or handles.

Limited, descriptive references (e.g., “review of Silvano Dio’s release”) are allowed only if they are truthful, non-misleading, and accompanied by a clear attribution and link.

4) Domains, Social Handles & Impersonation

We actively protect silvanodio.com and silvanodio.music and official social accounts.
Impersonation, fake profiles, “fan accounts” that mislead users, or squatting on confusingly similar domains/handles is prohibited. Platforms will be notified for takedown. Report impersonation via section 8.

5) Prohibited Uses (Examples)

Reuploads of our tracks, mixes, or artwork to streaming sites, social platforms, file lockers, or torrents.
Commercial syncs (film, TV, ads, games), public performances, or monetised content using our works without a license.
AI cloning of voice, style, or artwork; dataset scraping.
Counterfeit merch or unauthorised physical media.
Any use that is defamatory, illegal, hateful, or harmful.

6) Reviews, Press & Educational Use (What’s Typically OK)

We welcome good-faith journalistic, editorial, and educational coverage:

Use short excerpts (text) with credit and link.
Embed official players only.
Use press kit assets we explicitly provide for media (if available).
If you need higher-resolution assets or longer excerpts: request permission (section 8).

7) Linking & Embeds

You may link to https://www.silvanodio.com
Do not frame or embed pages in a way that hides the source or alters appearance.
Use platform-provided embed codes for Spotify, YouTube, and SoundCloud. Do not modify the audio or metadata.

8) Licenses, Permissions & Takedown Requests

References to third-party platforms, labels, events, press, or tools are for identification only and do not imply endorsement.

11) Enforcement

We monitor online use and may pursue removal, platform strikes, domain/handle recovery, and civil remedies (including damages and costs) for violations.

12) Governing Law

This policy is governed by Belgian and EU law (update this if you prefer a different jurisdiction). Any disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of the chosen venue.
